AutoVectors provides professional digital vector patterns and pre-cut template files. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided once download access has been granted.

Digital Product Notice

  • All products are non-tangible digital files (CDR, AI, SVG, PDF, DXF, DWG, PLT/HPGL).
  • Download access is granted immediately after successful payment authorization.
  • No physical products are shipped.
  • Once download access has been provided, the transaction is considered fulfilled.

File Errors or Technical Issues

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or technically defective, please contact us at info@autovectors.com. Verified technical issues will be resolved by providing a corrected or updated file.

Duplicate Purchases

In case of accidental duplicate purchases, please contact us with proof of payment. After verification, we may issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter in cooperation with the payment provider.

Good Faith Resolution

We are committed to fair and reasonable customer service. If you experience any issue related to your purchase, please contact us first. We aim to resolve all concerns in good faith.

EU / UK Digital Content Directive

Under EU and UK consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply once digital content delivery has begun with express consent. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to immediate digital delivery.
