AutoVectors reverse engineering workflow: 3D surface scanning to 2D pre-cut vector template flattening

About AutoVectors

Independent digital platform for true-scale pre-cut vector patterns used in professional automotive surface workflows.

What AutoVectors is

AutoVectors is an independent digital platform focused on true-scale pre-cut vector patterns for paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wrap and automotive surface applications.

Experience and purpose

Since 2012, we have worked in professional PPF installation and automotive surface workflows, including early template and pattern development. Over time, we refined templating methods, built an extensive internal pattern database, and gained a clear understanding of real-world installation requirements.

AutoVectors was launched as an open e-commerce platform — no subscriptions, no locked software, and no platform dependency.

Engineering process

All templates are engineered using reverse engineering workflows, combining physical transfer-paper templating, advanced 3D scanning and digital surface flattening.
